Super Green Avocado Lime Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (large)
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1/4 cup yellow pepper (diced)
- 1 tbsp green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup firm tofu
- 1/4 cup sauerkraut
- 2 tbsp lime and avocado dressing (or dressing of choice)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Lightly fry diced tofu in extra virgin olive oil in a pan on stove top.
- Finely dice/chop vegetables.
- Add mixed green to unfolded wrap.
- Add in vegetables, sauerkraut, and tofu.
- Drizzle on dressing, fold wrap, and enjoy!
