Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (2% or 0%)
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Layer yogurt, berries, almonds, and chia in a glass jar
  • Serve immediately or store in fridge for up to 24 hours.
