Almond Butter Protein Cookies

Makes: 12 cookies
Protein per cookie: ~ 7g

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
