
Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Makes: 8 pancakesProtein per 2 pancakes: ~ 12g
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter to make small pancakes, cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
