Egg Muffins

Makes: 12 muffins
Protein per muffin: ~ 7g

Ingredients
  

  • 8 eggs
  • ½ cup diced peppers
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Whisk eggs, add veggies and cheese.
  • Pour into muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes.
