Balsamic Chicken – Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 lb green beans optional, fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz mushrooms optional, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except vegetables to slow cooker. Cook for 6 hours on low.
  • Add desired vegetables during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve with pasta, rice, or potatoes.

Notes

** To make a freezer meal, add all ingredients except green beans to
an airtight container or freezer bag. To cook, thaw and follow
directions.
