Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed veggies
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Scramble eggs, set aside.
  • Sauté veggies, add rice and sauce.
  • Stir eggs back in.
