Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked kamut
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and bell pepper 3–5 min.
- Add cooked kamut and thyme, stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
Tips: Add toasted almonds or parsley for garnish.
