
Lemon Garlic Salmon & Asparagus

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side. Remove.
- Sauté asparagus + garlic 5–6 minutes.
- Return salmon, squeeze lemon over top.
