Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds optional
- ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a jar or container, mix all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Stir and enjoy cold – or warm in the microwave.
