
Quinoa Berry Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa rinsed
- 2 cups mild or plant-based milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup chopped nuts optional
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring quinoa and milk to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 12–15 min, stirring occasionally, until quinoa is tender.
- Stir in cinnamon and sweetner.
- Serve topped with berries and nuts.
Notes
Tips: Can substitute almond milk or oat milk. Great chilled as an overnight breakfast as well.
