  • 8 tomatoes (medium, halved)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

  • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
