Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 lb Round Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Low-sodium Beef Broth
- ½ cup Low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Cold Water
- 1 crown Broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Add cut up steak to slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Pour sauce over beef in slow cooker.
