Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/2 cup arugula

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season both sides of the steak with salt.
  • Add the steak to the pan and cook for about two to three minutes per side, or until it has reached your desired doneness.
