Stir-Fried Tofu with Vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 1 block tofu cubed
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, snap peas
  • 1 tbsp tarami or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger minced

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a pan.
  • Add tofu and cook until golden.
  • Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  • Pour tamari and mix well.
