
Stir-Fried Tofu with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 block tofu cubed
- 1 cup mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, snap peas
- 1 tbsp tarami or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger minced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan.
- Add tofu and cook until golden.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour tamari and mix well.
