Sweet Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sweet Potatoes, mashed
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk (or more for desired consistency)
  • Butter or Oil (for cooking)
