- ½ cup Plain Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Egg (large)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400*F.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings.
- In a large bowl, add turkey, egg, and seasoning mix.
- Mix by hand until evenly combined.
- Divide mixture into 16 meatballs (about 2 tbsp each).
- Place meatballs on a parchment lined cooking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165*F.
