Ingredients
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Sharp Cheddar (finely shredded)
- ⅓ cup Olives
- 1 tbsp Olive Brine
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 4 Tortillas (large)
- 9 oz Sliced Turkey
- 1 cup Spinach
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese (soften before hand!), cheese, olives, brine, garlic powder, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread 2-3 tbsp of cream cheese mixture on each tortilla from edge to edge.
- Place 3-4 slices of turkey on each tortilla, staying away from the edges.
- Place a single layer of spinach over the turkey.
- Roll up tortillas, use the cream cheese edges to stick closed.
- Slice into 1 inch wide pieces. Enjoy!
