Ingredients
- 4 cremini mushrooms (halved)
- 1 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper (seeds removed, chopped)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 barbecue skewers
- sea salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Toss mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper into a a bowl with oil until well coated.
- Pierce mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper onto barbecue skewers.
- Season skewers with salt and pepper.
- Grill over medium heat turning frequently until charred for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
