Ingredients
- ½ cup kamut grains
- 1 ½ cups milk or water
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Rinse kamut, combine with milk/water in a saucepan.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 min until tender.
- Stir in honey, cinnamon, and nuts. Serve warm.
