Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
- Cook low 5–6 hours.
Notes
Optional: thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry.
