Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or container, mix all ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  • Stir and enjoy cold – or warm in the microwave.
