
Turkey & Veggie Mini Meatballs
Makes: 20 meatballs Protein per 4 meatballs: ~ 18g
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- ½ cup shredded zucchini
- 1 egg
- ½ cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll into meatballs, place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
