
Honey Garlic Chicken – Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken thighs diced
- 4 cloved garlic minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ tsp chili flakes more or less by preference
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except corn starch to slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Take some liquid out and mix with cornstarch. Stir back into slow cooker.
- Let sauce thicken, could take 10 minutes with heat on.
- Serve with rice.
Notes
Optional toppings: green onion, sesame seeds, chili flakes
** Make this a freezer meal by freezing all ingredients except cornstarch in a airtight container for freezer bag. To cook, thaw and follow instructions.
